Test your palate and see if you can guess what’s in your glass. We’ll pour a selection of wines—mysteriously cloaked—so you can savor the flavors without preconceptions.

Every great glass of wine deserves the perfect story. After your tasting, unwrap a surprise “blind date” book carefully chosen to match your evening’s flavor profile. Will it be bold and complex, light and playful, or dark with a twist?
